Our Shipping & Delivery Options

At Smith Custom Woodworks, we offer four different options for getting your new items to you:

  1. Free Pickup From our Shop: Pick up your purchase at our shop, free of charge. Advance notice required.

  2. Standard Shipping: USPS or FedEx shipping for smaller items such as cutting boards, home decor and doorbell chime covers. Free shipping on most smaller items.

  3. Local Delivery: Enjoy a two-man, white-glove delivery service if you reside within our local delivery radius. A flat rate of $150 applies.

  4. Long-Distance In-Home Delivery: For a flat rate of $349 on the East Coast and $549 outside the East Coast, this white-glove, in-home delivery experience is available for customers outside our local delivery radius. This includes complete in-home delivery and removal of waste packaging materials. Please note that delivery teams will not remove old furniture. Please have the room ready and prepared for your new item to arrive.

Depending on your delivery location, long distance delivery will take an additional 7-10 days.
