Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

We want you to love your purchase!

If you're not completely satisfied with your order,

we’re here to help:

 

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as materials are often sourced and production may be scheduled shortly after the order is placed.

  • If your order is already in production or completed, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges:
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Because of the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Made-to-order furniture

  • Mobile Bar Carts

  • Clearance or final sale items

 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@SmithCustomWoodworks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.

 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery, please contact SEEL Resolution Center at https://resolve.seel.com
