Because each piece is treated as a custom commission, we gladly tailor The Paula to match your home's exact layout. While standard dimensions are provided, custom sizing, alternative configurations, and alternative wood species are available upon request to accommodate your space perfectly.
 
Ordering & White Glove Freight Shipping
  • Fabrication Lead Time: Each luxury sideboard is custom made-to-order in our Baltimore studio. Please allow 8–12 weeks for meticulous fabrication, hand-applied finishing, and transit preparation.
  • Premium White Glove Delivery: Due to the substantial 125 lb weight and extended length of this solid wood masterpiece, it ships 100% fully assembled via private White Glove Transport ($349 to $549 depending on your US location). This premium service includes a scheduled delivery window, uncrating, full inspection, in-home placement in your room of choice, complete setup, and full disposal of all heavy packaging debris.

At Smith Custom Woodworks, each piece of furniture or cabinet is handcrafted to order. To ensure fairness and cover material and labor costs, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as materials are often sourced and production may be scheduled shortly after the order is placed.

  • If your furniture or cabinetry is already in production or completed, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
     

Custom Orders:
All furniture and cabinetry are considered custom builds and are non-refundable once production begins.
