At Smith Custom Woodworks, each piece of furniture or cabinet is handcrafted to order. To ensure fairness and cover material and labor costs, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as materials are often sourced and production may be scheduled shortly after the order is placed.

If your furniture or cabinetry is already in production or completed, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders:
All furniture and cabinetry are considered custom builds and are non-refundable once production begins.
