  • At Smith Custom Woodworks, each piece of furniture or cabinet is handcrafted to order. To ensure fairness and cover material and labor costs, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    Order Cancellations:

    • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    • Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, as materials are often sourced and production may be scheduled shortly after the order is placed.

    • If your furniture or cabinetry is already in production or completed, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
       

    Custom Orders:
    All furniture and cabinetry are considered custom builds and are non-refundable once production begins.
